Wilbraham Middle School
We, the members of this Association, in order to fulfill our responsibilities to the society and our profession, to hearby adopt the following:
- To maintain and improve the quality of education for all.
- Act as a representative for the profession, and to foster unity and understanding within the profession.
- Advance the interests of public education and increase the efficiency of education as a public service.
- Advance the interests of public education and increase the efficiency of education as a public service.
- To cooperate with and help to promote all efforts directed toward the improvement of community life in Hampden and Wilbraham.
- To act as the “recognized bargaining agent” for the members in collective bargaining with the Hampden-Wilbraham Regional School Committee.
- To uphold professional standards and to advance the social-economic well being of educators.
- When appropriate, the Association will support social gatherings.
